Introduction

The platform does not contain any personal information of a specific individual. Rather, personal information is collected from those wishing to use the platform, including but not limited to, requests for services, browsing, or telephone calls to our customer service team via email or other means. We may request the user to provide us with their bank account number, identification number and information, and date of birth for verification, authentication, fraud and risk monitoring, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as stipulated by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user acknowledges granting the platform access to their camera and photo library, to upload the required photos and thus be able to better utilize the platform’s services.
We collect information related to the services provided and performance measurement, including: Information about user activity such as how they use our services and how they interact with others and more.
We collect device-specific information when the platform is installed. This includes information such as device type, operating system information, browser information, IP address, and mobile network information, including phone number and device identifiers. We also collect device location information if the user has granted us access to their location.
We collect information related to the request, provision, and execution of the service.
